These terms apply to your use of hireved.com and app.hireved.com, run by HireVed in Bengaluru, India. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Questions go to contact@hireved.com.

What HireVed does

HireVed is a recruitment agency. We help employers find candidates and help candidates find roles, using AI tools and industry specialists. We do not guarantee that any employer will hire a candidate, or that any candidate will accept an offer.

Accounts

• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. Employers may only act for a company they are authorised to represent.

For employers

Our fee is agreed with you in writing for each mandate. Unless that agreement says otherwise, it is invoiced only after a candidate we introduced joins you. Candidate information we share with you is confidential and may be used only to assess that candidate for the role.

For candidates

HireVed is free for candidates. You confirm that the information and CV you share are accurate and yours to share. We will not share your profile with an employer except in connection with a specific role.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no false information, no attempts to access other people's accounts or our systems, no scraping, and nothing unlawful. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions employers or candidates make based on information exchanged through HireVed. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Ending your account and changes

You can close your account at any time by emailing us. We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell account holders by email before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
